Order
How to place an order?
1. Select and add all the items you wish to order to your cart.
2. Check the items added to the cart and, if necessary, change the quantity or remove some or all of them.
3. Select a delivery method.
4. Fill in all the required fields and click "Proceed to checkout".

If you have chosen to pay by card, your order will be processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, you will receive a letter to your e-mail with all details, you transfer the amount to our bank account at Major Medical Retail Kft. and after receiving the money we start processing your order. You can speed up the process by sending us a confirmation of the transfer to info@majorcosmeticals.com, the order number should be written in the transfer description.
Who can place an order?
The order can be placed by a private individual or a legal entity who use medical devices, such as dermal fillers, as professionals.
In case the individual is located in the EU, we will charge VAT of the country where the goods will be delivered to the order amount. For companies who have a European VAT number and its number is verified at https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation VAT is not charged, be sure to enter this number at checkout if available.
For all customers outside the EU, VAT is not charged.
What is the minimum order amount?
Minimum order amount - 250 euros.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfers and Visa/MasterCard cards. Prepayment is required for all orders.
Which courier service do you use for delivery?
We ship with the most experienced and reliable courier companies such as DHL Express, which allows us to organize uninterrupted delivery worldwide. All cosmeceutical products are stored, packaged and transported according to international standards. We send orders out every working day of the week.
Can I change the order (add / remove items from there)
Before payment you can change positions, add and remove items as you wish. After payment the order is considered complete, but you can email us at info@majorcosmeticals.com and we will discuss a solution to your problem.
Is it possible to cancel an order and how to do it?
You can easily cancel your order before payment. After payment you can cancel your order only within the first 12 hours, for this purpose write to us at info@majorcosmeticals.com with the reason and details, if the payment was made by bank transfer.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can exchange or return the goods Only if the goods arrived of inadequate quality or the wrong goods.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Yes, if you cancel your order immediately after ordering we will refund the full price.
Products
Do you sell authentic products?
Yes, we only sell authentic and certified products. Any of them can be traced back to the manufacturer through batch number tracking. The effectiveness and safety of all products have not only been proven in clinical trials, but also supported by years of our customers' experience.
What is the origin of your products?
Most of our products are made in the EU. Other countries of origin include South Korea, Canada and the US. We make sure to source from the most reliable aesthetic distributors that guarantee the highest quality of all products.
What's the products expiration period?
We always aim to supply the freshest possible products with a long shelf life. Usually the shelf life of the product is from 1 year, but occasionally it can be 10 or 11 months.

In what currency can I pay for the order?

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Our website does not remember your card. We use Stripe for payment.
Do I need a VAT number?
Not required, but if you have one, then you can buy goods without VAT.
Is VAT included in the price?
VAT is not included in the price of goods.
Do you provide a discount when making an order and in what cases?
Yes, when ordering in large quantities we can give better prices than those indicated on the site, for this purpose you can write to us at info@majorcosmeticals.com with the indication of goods and quantity. The more units you order, the cheaper the price.
Delivery
What is the cost of delivery?
Shipping cost within the EU - 20 euros. Worldwide - 50 euros. To Australia - 90 euros.
What is the delivery time?
Within 10 working days, but the item is usually delivered sooner.
Where can I pick up my order?
If you want to collect the order yourself, you can do it at our office in Budapest. But please note that in this case the Hungarian VAT will be charged.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
We usually deliver in 10 business days or faster. The maximum delivery time is sixty (60) working days, as set by law. However, it is very unusual for European delivery to take longer than 6 working days. If a parcel is delayed or fails to scan, we will open a case with our forwarders but will not be able to resend or return the parcel until after sixty (60) working days. If you have any questions regarding shipping, you can email us at info@majorcosmeticals.com.
Can I track my order and is the package insured?
After sending the order, we send you a tracking number, with which you can track the package. We work according to the EXW scheme, which means responsibility for the goods until it is handed over to the courier. However, you can write to us and we will insure the shipment for an additional fee.
My package has been suspended in custom duties - what can I do?
We operate under the Ex Works (EXW) Hungary system. This means that we are not responsible for the goods once we hand them over to the courier service. But we are ready to help you and provide you with the necessary documents if your parcel is stuck at customs.
Please note that it is the importer's (customer's) responsibility to know the rules and regulations of the country. If a parcel is stopped at customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to release the parcel or reject it and resend it to us. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will either resend the parcel or refund the amount for the products. Please note that we only issue refunds if we receive the returned parcel - we are not responsible for confiscated goods.
What happens if I don't pick up my package?
Parcels not received within four weeks will be returned and sent back to us. Unclaimed parcels will be charged either a fee of €150 for return shipping, administration and handling or another amount invoiced by the logistics company (usually the sum of the delivery of the parcel to and from the addressee, plus the storage of the parcel in the warehouse).
Do you have a Handling fee?
