Product Application Guidelines:
A. Attaching the Needle to the Syringe
1. Remove the tip cap. Grasp the syringe and carefully remove the protective tip cap from it.
2. Insert the needle. While holding the body of the syringe, securely insert the needle hub (choose an appropriate puncture needle) into the luer-lock located at the end of the syringe.
3. Secure the needle. Rotate the needle firmly in a clockwise direction until it is securely seated in the correct position.
B. Physician’s Instructions
1. Since SingJoint is administered through intra-articular injection, only trained physicians should perform the injection.
2. Strictly adhere to aseptic injection procedures.
3. If joint effusion is present, it should be aspirated before administering the injection. The dosing protocol involves injecting the product into the affected synovial joint cavity with a single injection.
4. After a single use, discard both the syringe and needle.
The dosing regimen consists of injecting into the affected synovial joint space once a week, totaling three to four injections.
