Product Application Guidelines:
Attach the multiadapter needle to the holder and draw blood from 2 orange 10ml tubes obtained from the patient.
Gently shake the tubes to mix the anticoagulant with the blood.
Place the tubes in the centrifuge counterweight and set the spin to 2300 RPM for 4 minutes. Puncture the tube cap with a needle to release the vacuum inside.
Attach an 18Gx90mm needle to a 5 ml syringe and collect the resulting plasma, then transfer it into the blue tube.
Repeat the process with the remaining 2 tubes.
Mix the collected plasma in the blue tube.
Using a 21Gx40mm needle, draw the plasma into a 1 ml syringe, then switch to a 30Gx13mm needle for the procedure.
